Prosciutto & Pear - San Daniel prosciutto, local pear, Bianchina, micro fennel 

Oyster on the Half Shell - Cucumber granita

Citrus Salad - Pomegranate, blood orange, arugula, almond, fennel, kumquat, and honey vinaigrette

Seared Day Boat Scallops - Lobster risotto, asparagus, Meyer lemon beurre blanc, roasted tomatoes, micro fennel salad

Grilled Bison Ribeye - Bone marrow mushrooms, pancetta roasted fingerling potatoes, crispy leeks, truffle matrie d’ butter, seasonal vegetable 

Center Cut Filet Mignon - Pan-roasted Prime Certified Angus Beef filet, Pt. Reyes blue cheese crusted, Cabernet demi-glace, garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed seasonal vegetables

Pan-Seared Chilean Seabass - Forbidden fried rice, avocado puree, wilted Chinese spinach, ponzu gastrique, micro wasabi
