We opened our doors on December, 15, 2012 and are located in the small central valley town of Manteca, California, which is conveniently central to Modesto, Stockton and Tracy. Unassuming from the outside, our doors open to a sleek, contemporary environment, inspired by some of the finest restaurants around the world.
Our menu features the absolute best Choice and Prime cuts of beef, organic Chicken, grass fed Lamb, as well as sustainable seafood and the freshest produce available.
Our Culinary Team
Executive Chef John Gardner leads our amazing culinary team of professionals who have been responsible for the rave reviews from our patrons on Open Table. Each member of the culinary team has been cooking in some of the central valleys best restaurants before perfecting their craft and coming to work in our kitchen.
With all of this experience and passion, our culinary team works tirelessly in their efforts to be the best they can be. Our guests are provided a truly memorable and exceptional dining experience served by our professional waitstaff that strives to exceed your expectations by providing stellar service with refinement, elegance and grace.
Parties of 6+ require a credit card to hold time, space and date. Parties of 8+ require a $100.00 deposit, (deposit applies to final bill.) Reservations will be held 15 minutes max. from original time. We ask that men remove their hats in the main dining room (hats okay in bar and patio.) No sleeveless shirts allowed for men. No split checks for parties of 6+. Corkage fees $30-$45. Automatic 20% service charge for parties of 6+. We ask that guests and children remain in their chosen seats throughout dinner service. Policies subject to change, we reserve the right to refuse service.
